We have a circuit workout for kids as well!  If the child or teen can fit on the equipment, they can do the adult circuit.  If they fit on some of the equipment, and not on other pieces, we have an alternative exercise for each station.  If they don't fit on any of the equipment, they can do the kids tubing circuit.

We also have an exergame circuit where the kids spend 3 minutes on an exergame, then rotate through 10 exergames.  They'll be done when you are!
