Personal Training Tip of the week: 

Tip #1: Enjoy yourself.  The most difficult part of exercising is getting started.  Once you begin, relax and enjoy the process.  This is your time to focus on yourself and your goals.

Tip #2: Don’t hold your breath when performing strength repetitions.  In general, you should exhale on the exertion and inhale on the recovery.
