We can have sessions catered to help you connect with your family and peers:

• Mom & Me: session for moms with children - Childcare is free!  (by appointment only)
• NEW!!  Ladies only: Exercise in a comfortable atmosphere Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9-10am.
• Teens: After school workouts with friends
• Dad's & Kids: Enjoy bonding time.
